Every element of the Reef armchair by Connubia, from the internal structure to the packaging, has been studied with particular attention to eco-sustainability.
Internal structure : made with wood from FSC certified forests, guaranteeing that the wood comes from responsibly managed forests according to rigorous environmental, social and economic standards.
Padding : composed of heat-bonded polyester fiber wadding, made up of at least 70% post-consumer recycled polyester and polyurethane recycled from discarded mattresses or sofas and from post-consumer recycling of polyester containers.
Covering : made entirely with fabrics obtained from plastics destined for landfill and plastic waste recovered at sea. This coating was developed in collaboration with SEAQUAL, a community committed to fighting marine pollution.
